2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered as described at the time of purchase.
- A technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing the service and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- You were double-charged or incorrectly billed due to a system error on our part.
- A cancellation request was submitted before the service provisioning began.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services and charges are generally non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers — once processed, these are non-refundable as the cost is passed directly to domain registries.
- Setup fees and one-time configuration charges.
- Services that have been fully delivered and used.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial months of service — we do not issue prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
- Third-party software licenses or add-ons purchased through Kemegan.
4. Hosting and VPS Services
For shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated server plans:
- New subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service, provided that no excessive resource usage or policy violations have occurred.
- Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. We recommend canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
- Upgrades/Downgrades: Charges applied during plan changes are non-refundable, though service adjustments will take effect immediately.
5. Email Hosting Services
Email hosting plans follow the same 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new accounts. After this period, charges are non-refundable. If a service outage caused by Kemegan results in significant email downtime, we may issue a service credit at our discretion.
6. Custom Development and Consulting
Fees for custom development, systems architecture, API integrations, and consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be issued minus any administrative costs already incurred.
7. Service Credits
In cases where a full monetary refund is not applicable, Kemegan may issue a service credit to your account. Credits can be applied to future invoices and do not expire as long as your account remains active.
8. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your full name and account email address.
- The service or invoice for which you are requesting a refund.

9. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account. If a chargeback is found to be invalid, Kemegan reserves the right to recover the disputed amount and associated fees.
